Within our masjid control we will continue to reinforce and strengthen protocols in preventing, stopping the contraction(s) and the spreading of any virus. We have continued the liberty of strengthening our protocols within the normal steps of deep cleansing the masjid from top to bottom.
We’ve purchased and added three air purifiers on each floor to combat any virus (airborne and/or surface). We also spray all active and non-active areas of the masjid before and after closing with a germicide.
We ask of you whom are or (may be high-risk to a spreadable illness) to remain home, and those of you who are sick, to remain home and view Jumah online: Masjid Muhammad-Newark Facebook or Instagram. Thank you.

Domestic violence is about exerting power and control over another. Respite is a safe alternative to an inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. As a peer-run initiative, Respite staff provide 24/7 peer to peer support in working through a behavioral health crisis.
